Data Conversion and Take-On Consultancy
Over the years we have assisted many of our customers by planning the implementation of the new system with them. By analysing ways in which existing data can be converted to the Delcran system, the need to re-enter data can be minimised. This has saved a lot of time and money to customers in the past.
User Training
Training for users of Delcran is available either on-site or at our training centre. A comprehensive training programme is recommended as this will assist in the rapid acceptance of Delcran by the user base. Training can be provided as part of an on-going support arrangement to cater for new staff or increased number of system users.
System Maintenance
Our standard maintenance contract covers our on-line support services. We have developed our own wide area network to allow us to link to customer sites and provide very rapid responses to support requests. In addition we can provide software engineers on site to handle any issues that cannot be dealt with by network connection.
